In consideration of the PowerPoint programs, materials and services provided by INSIGHT Firearms Training Development, a Division of Insight Training Development, L.L.C., their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, attorneys, agents and all persons or entities acting on their behalf (collectively, “INSIGHT”), I hereby release and agree to indemnify, hold harmless, defend and discharge INSIGHT, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate as follows:
- I acknowledge that shooting a firearm entails known and unanticipated risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that these risks simply cannot be completely eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.The risks include, among other things: Participation may result in the undersigned or third parties being shot by a firearm, suffering hearing loss, inhalation or contact with airborn contaminants and/or flying debris.In shooting the videos and photographs contained in these programs it was sometimes necessary to aim guns in the camera’s direction. At no time was anyone down range during live fire. All firearms were disabled during other sequences.Handling firearms is an inherently dangerous activity. Follow all safety rules and laws when handling any type of firearm.These PowerPoint programs offer educational reference material only. The material is not a substitute for professional firearms training. INSIGHT Firearms Training Development, a Division of Insight Training Development, L.L.C., insightfirearmstraining.com, and all participants involved in providing production assistance hereby disclaim liability for damages arising from the use and/or misuse of the material by instructors or viewers.Furthermore, The materials contained in these programs are protected under the copyright laws of the United States and other countries. All other rights are expressly reserved by the copyright owner. Copying of our programs is strictly prohibited and may subject the offender to civil liability and severe criminal penalties. (Title 17, United States Code, Section 501 and 506 (et seq.)
- I expressly accept and assume all risks existing in this activity. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary. I freely elect to participate in spite of the risks.
- I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify, defend and hold INSIGHT harmless for, from and against all claims, demands or causes of action arising from my participation in this activity or my use of INSIGHT’s equipment or facilities, including claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of INSIGHT.
- If INSIGHT or anyone acting on their behalf, incurs attorney’s fees, court costs or expert witness fees and costs (collectively, a “Cost”) to interpret or to enforce this agreement, then I agree to indemnify, defend and hold them harmless for all Costs.
- I have adequate insurance to cover injury or damage I cause or suffer while participating in firearms activities. If my insurance does not pay all damages and Costs, then I will pay them myself. I assume the risk of injury or death from my medical or physical conditions.
- If I file a lawsuit against INSIGHT, I will do so only in Yavapai County, AZ. The substantive law of Arizona shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules. At INSIGHT’S request, I will submit the matter to mandatory, binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association in lieu of filing in State or Federal Court. I will provide INSIGHT with 30 days prior written notice of my intention to file a lawsuit.
- If any portion of this Agreement is void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
By accepting below, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by court of law to have waived my right to sue INSIGHT on the basis of a claim from which I have released INSIGHT.

1 Year Subscription: With this service, you receive the right to use this product on two PC’s during the service period, which begins 10 days after the initial purchase date.
Optional Updates may be available for purchase and may include new product features and legal updates as available throughout the service period. Subject to acceptance of the Insight Firearms Training License Agreement included with this product.
Product features may be added, modified, or removed during the service period.
